Leads and develops an application software engineering team delivering consumer applications, embedded firmware, and IoT connectivity solutions. Oversees software prioritization, delivery, quality, budgets, and cross-team coordination. Partners with business and technical stakeholders on enterprise connectivity initiatives, applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, HPPD, QA, project management, and Azure DevOps practices. Full-time summer industrial design internship supporting Brunswick Boat Group product development. Create sketches, 2D drawings and 3D models, build mock-ups, attend design and engineering reviews, ensure manufacturability and compliance with marine standards, and coordinate with engineering and suppliers. Position runs May–August 2026.

Hands-on electrical engineering internship supporting R&D: assist in electrical component, panel, wiring harness and system development; 3D/2D modeling; testing, troubleshooting and installation of AC/DC circuits; generate ECNs and manufacturing documentation; support suppliers, manufacturing and customer service. Full-time May–August 2027.

Design and integrate mechanical systems for marine products using CAD and CAE tools. Lead design reviews, validate with testing and warranty data, support sourcing/QA, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and supplier readiness.

Serve as product subject-matter expert bridging product development and sales: provide technical support, deliver training, enable sales with collateral and demos, gather customer feedback to inform roadmap and SKU decisions, monitor product performance, and support launches and lifecycle management.

Support import operations and CBP compliance by reviewing import documents, maintaining records, assisting HTS product classification, researching trade regulations, aiding audits and duty recovery, compiling reports and dashboards, and collaborating with procurement, logistics, engineering, and brokers. Gain hands-on experience with trade compliance systems and U.S. customs fundamentals.

Lead resolution of product issues and manage mechanical component design and validation for current marine propulsion products. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, service, suppliers, CAD designers, and test technicians to troubleshoot, develop test plans, execute validation, and implement quality and process improvements.

Lead accounting and finance for the Lowe Boats Lebanon facility: manage a finance team, oversee month-end close, budgets and forecasts, SOX/internal controls, variance analysis, audits, and provide financial guidance to operations, procurement, and sales to drive cost reductions and working capital improvements.
