Support Account Executives and Producers on workers' compensation renewals and servicing: gather renewal specs and loss runs, complete ACORD applications, coordinate with carriers, prepare renewal documents, confirm binders and invoicing, assist with claims and RMIS access, monitor audits and expirations, perform data entry in Epic, and participate in client stewardship and claim calls.

Lead compliance operations for a new insurance exchange, ensuring adherence to regulations, developing policies, and supporting strategic initiatives in compliance risk management.
