Provide technical support for enterprise video management: troubleshoot/debug issues, write automation scripts, build and configure servers, test cameras and network hardware, create knowledge base content, and work directly with integrators and customers. Develop C++ backend components for video streaming, web services, and data management in a browser-based VMS. Participate in Agile, design features, write well-tested C++11+ code, troubleshoot defects, adhere to coding standards, estimate work, and identify risks.
