The Sales Operations Intern will drive revenue efficiency, enhance customer relationships, support sales activities, and optimize the CRM system while coordinating between sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Provide advanced technical support for IPConfigure video management software: troubleshoot, debug, write scripts, build/configure servers, document solutions, produce knowledge-base content, and escalate bugs while occasionally supporting on-site deployments.
