Develop and expand Function Health’s channel partnerships across the employee benefits ecosystem. Build relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, HSA/FSA platforms, PEOs, and healthcare partners; generate enterprise sales pipeline; support commercial agreements; represent the company at industry events; gather market intelligence; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and leadership teams to scale partner-driven growth.

Own SuppCo’s lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, automation, and reporting across email, push, and in-app messaging. Lead product- and content-led organic growth across virality/referrals, conversion optimization, and search (SEO, AI-driven discovery, YouTube). Run experiments, build attribution, recruit and manage a lean team, and use AI tools to scale member acquisition and retention without paid channels.

Lead and execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, ML/AI, infrastructure, and security. Build and manage a high-performing technical recruiting team, implement scalable processes and AI-enabled sourcing tools, partner with engineering leadership for hiring strategy, and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Own month-end and quarter-end revenue close for DTC memberships and imaging/scan services; prepare journal entries, deferred revenue schedules, and reconciliations; investigate data quality issues and partner with engineering/product to resolve root causes; support Rillet integration and reconcile payment processors like Stripe; maintain audit-ready revenue schedules and implement process improvements to strengthen controls.

Identify and research target enterprise accounts, enrich CRM data, build and execute multi-channel outreach cadences, qualify inbound/outbound leads, schedule meetings for Enterprise Partnerships reps, and collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and track performance to drive pipeline growth.

Own and architect the semantic layer and metrics/metadata for the data platform (Databricks/GCP). Lead full‑stack development of the imaging web platform: architect and build ASP.NET Core services and Vue frontends, design secure APIs integrating EMRs and AI, own testing, CI/CD, and Azure deployments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver performant, reliable screening experiences.

Lead design and delivery of full-stack imaging features, architect high-performance ASP.NET Core services, build Vue frontends, integrate APIs with EMRs and imaging partners, mentor engineers, enforce automated testing, CI/CD and observability, and drive technical roadmap in an Agile team.

Serve as an AI-native Executive Assistant partnering with the CEO to manage a complex calendar, coordinate cross-functional communications, organize travel, prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and help design AI-augmented Office of the CEO workflows. Act as liaison with investors, board members, and partners, and collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on prioritization, meeting prep, and operating systems.
