Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting, conduct technical research on trusts, foreign investments and expatriation, lead complex HNWI engagements, supervise and mentor junior staff, and support practice growth and operational excellence.

Provide tax compliance and advisory services for globally mobile employees: prepare and file tax returns, calculate payroll taxes and social security, advise on assignment structures and tax-equalization, maintain records, communicate with clients, manage engagement financials, research country-specific tax issues, and identify business development opportunities.

Lead consular services and business travel team managing client portfolios for short-term business visas. Provide strategic visa and consular advice, oversee global experts and team training, manage financial performance of portfolios, expand client relationships, and stay current on international immigration regulations.
