The Senior Backend Software Engineer will lead product development, maintain systems, design APIs, and mentor junior engineers while improving overall product quality.

Manage post-sale relationships for an assigned enterprise customer base, focusing on onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Partner with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, communicate product value, and maintain customer and pipeline records in Salesforce. Translate Megaport platform capabilities into deployable reference architectures and enablement materials. Create blueprints, diagrams, guides, and training for connectivity, compute, storage, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, and AI workloads to support enterprise sales and product teams.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio, sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, maintaining ATS and onboarding records, improving TA processes, and supporting the global Talent Acquisition team while spending time in the Brisbane office.
