Advise Megaport’s leadership on complex, high-value technology transactions and strategic initiatives. Lead negotiations involving cloud, networking, data centers, infrastructure, compute, software, suppliers, customers, and strategic partners. Provide guidance on technology, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial risks. Partner with executives, support global legal teams, improve contracting processes, and turn ambiguous, commercially sensitive matters into practical paths to execution.

Supports the US sales organization through commercial finance analysis, deal and pricing evaluation, commission management, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and business expansion cases. Acts as a finance business partner and liaison between US operations and the Australian finance team, providing insights for strategic decision-making and coordinating cross-regional financial activities.

Drive revenue across Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and activating Technology Services Broker and Technology Services Distributor partners. Manage partner relationships, establish KPIs, conduct business reviews, coordinate go-to-market initiatives, deliver training, support marketing campaigns, maintain partner resources, and represent Megaport at industry events. Regional travel and established channel relationships are required.

Coordinates global logistics operations, including monitoring supply chains and shipments, managing inventory databases, scheduling orders, maintaining accurate records, and resolving shipping errors. The role communicates with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deployments. Candidates need at least two years of global logistics experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, project and people management abilities, and experience with Jira and Confluence.

Manage customer accounts within Megaport’s pod model, supporting sales teams, coordinating server provisioning, migrations, upgrades, billing, and account maintenance. Maintain accurate CRM and billing records, resolve invoice issues, track deployments, communicate customer updates, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Operations, and technical teams while building expertise in cloud infrastructure, bare metal, and networking services.

Manage post-sale relationships for an assigned enterprise customer base, focusing on onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Partner with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, communicate product value, and maintain customer and pipeline records in Salesforce. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate while analyzing customer feedback and improving the overall service experience.
