About Megaport
We’re not your typical tech company – and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more. Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 600 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun.

Our Team Culture
We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain. Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.

We’re committed to increasing representation in the tech industry and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Don’t meet every requirement? That’s okay. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role

As Latitude scales and integrates with Megaport, our current sales structure needs to evolve. We are moving away from a model where one person handles everything to a specialized Pod Model. This allows us to handle a higher volume of global customers without losing quality.

As we scale globally as part of Megaport, we’re changing how we work. We’re moving to a "Pod Model" where Sales, Tech, and Operations work as one, and we need an Account Manager to be the glue that holds it all together.

You won't just be "handling accounts." You’ll be right in the middle of the action—bridging the gap between a signed deal and a happy customer. You’ll work alongside our Sales Executives and Architects to coordinate server deployments, fix billing hurdles, and spot new ways for our international clients to grow on our platform.

If you’ve got advanced English, love solving puzzles, and want to see how a global cloud company actually runs from the inside, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Unblock Sales: They handle the "paperwork and chores" so the Sales team can focus 100% on closing new deals.

  • Faster Delivery: They push the internal buttons to make sure customers get their servers turned on quickly, not weeks later.

  • Zero Billing Drama: They fix invoice and payment issues before they become big headaches for the customer.

  • Spot Easy Upgrades: Since they are close to the customer, they’ll notice when someone needs a bigger plan and flag the win.

  • Order in the House: They keep our systems (CRM/Billing) clean so we actually know what’s happening as we scale.

  • Sales Enablement: Act as the operational right hand for Sales Executives, managing quotes, pricing, and account updates to keep the sales cycle moving.

  • Account Growth: Proactively identify expansion opportunities and suggest additional capacity or services that add tangible value to the customer’s infrastructure.

  • Operational Coordination

  • Project Orchestration: Coordinate server provisioning, migrations, and upgrades by working closely with internal technical teams to ensure perfect execution.

  • Delivery Excellence: Track all deployments from start to finish, ensuring internal systems (CRM, tickets) stay accurate, and customers are notified of completion.

  • Revenue Operations: Configure billing plans (hourly, monthly, or annual) and serve as the first point of contact for invoice queries or plan adjustments.

  • Lifecycle Management: Handle account maintenance, including credits and cancellations, ensuring all changes follow company guidelines and maintain data integrity.

  • The Pod Engine: Operate as a central figure in our "POD" model, collaborating daily with Sales, Solution Architects, and Ops to streamline the customer journey.

  • Continuous Improvement: Follow established processes while contributing fresh ideas to help us scale more efficiently.

  • Technical Mastery: Actively build your knowledge of cloud infrastructure, bare metal, and global networking services.

What We Are Looking For

  • Effective Communicator: You are comfortable engaging with customers and can translate internal operations into clear, professional updates.

  • Meticulous Organizer: You have an eye for detail and a structured approach to work. You take pride in keeping systems accurate and ensuring no task is left unfinished.

  • You are genuinely curious about the "how" behind technology. You are eager to dive into the technical and operational nuances of cloud infrastructure.

  • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, global environments. You can manage multiple priorities without losing your focus or your sense of humor.

  • Relevant Experience: A background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support is a major advantage.

  • Tech Industry Exposure: Previous experience at a cloud, hosting, or SaaS company will help you get up to speed quickly.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience navigating CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot), ticketing systems, or complex billing platforms.

  • Technical Foundations: A basic understanding of how servers, cloud environments, or networking work (though we are happy to train the right person).

What We Offer

  • Flexible working environment – a remote-first culture with coworking options available

  • Generous leave plans – including, parental leave, birthday leave, and a purchased annual leave program

  • Health and wellness support – through a wellness allowance and employee wellbeing initiatives

  • Comprehensive learning support – generous study and training allowance plus paid study leave

  • Creative, modern workspaces – designed to inspire when you're not working remotely, plus access to coworking spaces via our global WeWork membership if you work remotely, but like to get out of the house sometimes

  • Motivated, inclusive team – work alongside industry experts and fresh talent

  • Recognition programs – celebrate achievements with our Legend and Kudos award
