Lead delivery of AI-enabled workflows for contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance. Define scoped projects, metrics (cycle time, error reduction, automation, adoption, safety), partner cross-functionally, and drive customer adoption and measurable safety and efficiency improvements.

Join a cross-functional Agile team to build and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end microservices. Work with Form.io and Make.com integrations, RESTful APIs, C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL/SQL Server. Write tests, perform code reviews, diagnose production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver workflow automation within a SaaS compliance platform.

Manage strategic customer relationships, lead onboarding and implementations, drive platform adoption and training, advocate customer needs across teams, and support renewal and expansion to improve safety, compliance, and contractor performance.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Highwire's Contractor Success Platform using C#/.NET Core and a modern frontend framework. Work in Agile sprints, perform code reviews, write tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, safety-focused software.
