Manage full sales cycle for home warranty plans: build rapport, identify needs, present solutions, overcome objections, close sales, document interactions, and meet/exceed individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Proactively source and build pipelines for high-volume sales and customer service hiring in the Buffalo/Amherst area.
