Requires strong agency management, analytical, communication, negotiation, project management, and pharmaceutical industry knowledge, with hematology-oncology experience preferred.

Leads large, global engineering projects and programs across cross-functional teams. Establishes project strategies, scopes, budgets, risk mitigation plans, standards, and priorities aligned with corporate and customer objectives. The role requires extensive engineering or operational experience, project accounting and procurement knowledge, and a technical background in healthcare, medical devices, biologics, or pharmaceuticals.

Leads AbbVie’s global transfer pricing policies, compliance, documentation, audits, tax planning, controversy support, and operational processes. Partners with international tax, finance, legal entities, IT, and business teams on intercompany pricing, M&A, valuations, tax returns, systems implementation, and process improvements. Provides technical advice, supports tax reform analysis, and mentors transfer pricing team members.
