Mochi Health seeks a Senior Front-End Engineer to build and own complex healthcare interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and managing client-side architecture. Responsibilities include collaborating with mobile teams, maintaining frontend reliability, and integrating AI into products.

Lead product strategy and own the roadmap for your area. Design end-to-end user flows and UI, partner directly with engineering, growth, and leadership, make tradeoff decisions, ship products, and measure outcomes to iterate and improve the experience.

Lead product development across Mochi Health's platform: translate requirements into specs, prioritize roadmaps using patient/provider feedback, identify and ship AI-driven features with clinical safety guardrails, manage integrations/interoperability, and define success metrics and evaluation frameworks.

Handle inbound patient calls to answer questions about prescriptions, refills, appointments, and account status. Document interactions, follow up via secure portal when needed, escalate clinical issues per protocol, and maintain HIPAA and patient safety standards. Part-time, phone-first role with potential conversion to permanent.

Lead the visual direction and identity of Mochi Health across packaging, advertising, and product touchpoints. Define brand strategy and systems, translate strategy into cohesive visual guidelines and assets, and partner with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure consistent, high‑craft brand execution.

Lead Mochi's programmatic B2C growth by planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting multi-channel digital ad campaigns (CTV, OLV, DOOH, Linear TV and digital). Collaborate with design and analytics on creative, attribution, and testing to meet conversion and customer acquisition cost targets while iterating rapidly in a startup environment.

Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through onboarding and early treatment. Design and execute multi-channel email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; build segmented automated workflows and behavioral triggers; run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze funnel and cohort data; partner with Analytics, Design, and Product; and manage lifecycle platforms to increase signups and reduce drop-off.

Design, build, and operate core backend systems powering subscription billing, medication ordering and fulfillment, and partner integrations. Own schema design, business logic, AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD, and production observability. Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to deliver compliant, reliable clinical state machines and AI-assisted workflows that automate operations and improve patient outcomes.

Build and own full-stack healthcare systems: design DB schemas and APIs, implement React frontends, operate services on Kubernetes/AWS, integrate agentic AI into product workflows, mentor engineers, and ensure secure PHI handling and high reliability for clinical use.
