We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you'll sit at the center of how medications move from prescription to a patient's doorstep, keeping fulfillment accurate, fast, and reliable. You'll partner closely with our Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to optimize dispensing workflows, strengthen pharmacy partner relationships, and use data to continuously improve the patient experience.
What You'll Do- Optimize pharmacy fulfillment workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving the path from prescription to delivery.
- Monitor and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including delayed, rejected, or stuck orders, prior authorization holds, and inventory or stock issues, so patients receive their medications on time.
- Analyze operational data using SQL and other tools to track pharmacy KPIs such as turnaround time, fill rate, and error rate, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Act as a key liaison with pharmacy partners and vendors, ensuring issues are addressed quickly, feedback is gathered, and service levels are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to develop strategies that improve the patient medication experience.
- Support innovation in pharmacy operations by researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi's fulfillment roadmap.
- Manage and update operational content, including partner communication, training resources, SOPs, and workflows.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 including benefits and stock options.
