Oversees communications managers, agencies, vendors, messaging strategies, crisis responses, and stakeholder engagement. Develops communication plans aligned with business priorities and manages communications for high-impact issues, special events, and franchisee initiatives.

Oversee international franchise operations support programs, tools, vendors, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendor performance and business reviews, align global operations, and support pilots and launches. Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive summaries while analyzing operational, financial, customer, and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to leadership and influence franchisees, field teams, vendors, and internal partners in a matrixed environment.

Lead digital commerce, loyalty, and gift card strategy across the U.S. and Canada to drive digital revenue growth, customer lifetime value, and franchisee profitability. Own mobile, web, third‑party marketplaces, CRM, personalization, and gift card platforms; set KPIs, partner cross‑functionally, run experimentation, and build a high‑performing team to scale to $1B+ in digital sales by 2030.

Lead International Dairy Queen's international market entry and expansion. Source and diligence franchise partners, negotiate development agreements, build market strategies and pipelines, manage site selection and first-store project execution, assess franchisee finance and transactions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined growth and compliance.
