Manage end-to-end promotions and CRM across Picks, Social Sportsbook, Casino, and Arcade. Build, segment, proofread, test, launch, and analyze email, push, and in-app campaigns. Coordinate fulfillment with cross-functional teams, maintain the daily promotions calendar, run A/B tests, support Customer Ops on promotion issues, and report performance insights to retention and marketing leadership.

Design, implement, and maintain a CFTC-focused compliance program for prediction markets. Advise on product structure, contracts, registrations, policies, and marketing compliance; interface with regulators and SROs; coordinate with risk, operations, IT, and external counsel; identify and mitigate regulatory risk and support other consumer-facing verticals.
