Manage budgets, schedules, materials, quality, and subcontractors; train and mentor teams; maintain customer relationships; oversee document control, change management, and reporting; ensure safety and program financial targets are met.

Perform FEA-based NVH and durability analyses across automotive, aerospace, and entertainment projects. Build and run linear, nonlinear, and dynamic CAE models, postprocess results, produce engineering reports, automate workflows with Python, and manage analysis files per company policies.

Oversee multiple concurrent programs from quote to completion for contract manufacturing. Manage finances, schedules, materials, quality, and customer relationships. Lead and mentor cross-functional program teams, handle scope changes, document control, and continuous improvement. Prepare reports and monitor program status and percent complete daily.
