The CPA Program Manager leads financial improvement and audit support activities for the DNFSB, ensuring compliance and maintaining audit standards. Responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing financial reporting, and developing corrective action plans.

Provide financial management support to USMC DC&P R Budget & Execution: develop financial plans and cost estimates, analyze requirements, integrate financial systems, perform USSGL posting and technical closeouts, and produce reporting using Oracle modules, OBIEE, and Power BI.

Manage contract delivery and team for USMC budget and financial management support, overseeing quality, risk, staffing, and customer engagement. Provide data management, analysis, reporting, OAS/OBIEE report development, fiscal execution monitoring, USSGL/interface support, personnel data analysis, and advanced financial training to improve processes, auditability, and compliance with DoD and Marine Corps policies.
