Manages contractor personnel and overall contract performance for the Department of State. Plans, executes, monitors, and completes program tasks within schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Oversees staffing, performance, risks, reporting, stakeholder coordination, quality management, and continuous service improvement. The role is primarily onsite in Washington, DC and requires a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

Provides executive leadership and authorized government interface for a Department of State professional services program. Oversees staffing, resources, schedules, risks, quality, service delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple Passport Services offices. Develops strategic plans, manages performance and corrective actions, communicates program status to senior stakeholders, and ensures compliance with government standards and security requirements.
