Serve as the Finance-IT bridge to design, optimize, and scale finance systems with a core focus on SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO). Lead finance systems strategy, support reporting, planning, integrations, automation, and process optimization. Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Scout's Integrated Business Planning platform. Define the core planning artifact (demand, production, procurement, capacity, inventory, financials), write user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with IT on integrations and data, align stakeholders, build governance and decision-ready dashboards, and drive adoption so the platform becomes the executive forum's single source of truth.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and systems administration for Microsoft 365, VDI/EUC, servers, and business applications. Perform routine server maintenance, backups, monitoring, account provisioning, and basic network tasks. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, collaborate with security and engineering teams, maintain IT documentation, and recommend improvements and automation to increase reliability and user productivity.

Lead electrical hardware design and release for vehicle switches and switch modules from concept through manufacturing launch. Define electrical interfaces, collaborate with suppliers, validate designs through virtual and physical testing, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and work with software and systems teams on diagnostics, logic, and fault handling.

Plan and document factory IT infrastructure across compute, storage, network, and production assets; integrate manufacturing systems, lead architecture and lifecycle planning, manage projects to operational readiness, and support monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement for 24/7 production operations.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, and hire talent.
