The FAP Engineer improves body-in-white manufacturing processes by analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating across teams for process optimization.

Support in-house attorneys by drafting/reviewing contracts, managing contract lifecycle and corporate governance, organizing due diligence and data rooms, managing outside counsel and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering training on contract and governance processes.

The Technical Specialist will analyze production data, lead corrective actions, create operational standards, and train staff to meet quality targets at Scout Motors.

Serve as the procurement systems SME to implement, maintain, and optimize ERP and eProcurement tools. Lead system rollouts, provide first-level support and user training, ensure data integrity, generate procurement reports, drive process improvements, and liaise between procurement, IT, and vendors. Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and lead cross-functional projects to increase procurement efficiency.

Design and integrate vehicle upper-body and power closure systems (top hat, doors, latches, seals). Create 2D/3D designs, prototypes, simulations, and documentation; collaborate with styling, systems, and suppliers; perform testing, root cause analysis, and vehicle integration for robust customer experience.

Lead development, validation, and testing of brake components and subsystems (calipers, rotors, hoses, actuation). Define and execute DVP&R, NVH and durability testing at supplier and vehicle levels, analyze data, drive corrective actions, coordinate suppliers, and support prototype through serial production readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve performance and integration challenges and ensure brake system safety and robustness.

Lead design and development of steering system components (EPS, columns, shafts), coordinate suppliers, integrate chassis and drive systems, drive validation and prototype-to-serial development, perform DFMEA/DVP&R and testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on vehicle program milestones.

Lead powertrain and drive system software integration: assess and improve functions, define integration and test strategies, coordinate prototype and serial development, manage software availability and releases, liaise with architects and calibration teams, and perform hands-on prototyping and implementation support.

Lead virtual development and objectivation of vehicle ride comfort using multi-body simulation and proving-ground testing. Own end-to-end instrumentation, data acquisition, analysis (time- and frequency-domain), objective comfort metrics, model correlation, and target definition. Collaborate with chassis, NVH, tires, and integration teams to translate results into engineering actions and benchmarks.
