Partners with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Program Management to resolve supplier issues, improve capacity and quality, and support successful production launches. Develops readiness metrics and advises leadership on supplier performance and operational risks.

Manage Aftersales program planning and execution within Commercial Operations. Responsibilities include maintaining master project plans, coordinating timelines and dependencies, managing Confluence and Jira documentation, supporting budgets and headcount planning, leading meetings and workshops, tracking decisions and deliverables, and coordinating vendor documentation, purchase orders, statements of work, and milestone payments.

Leads purchasing-related planning, sourcing, cost control, supplier coordination, tooling investment, launch readiness, and cross-functional project reporting for new vehicle programs. Represents Purchasing in governance meetings, tracks milestones and parts availability, resolves supplier and cost escalations, manages project deliverables, supports regionalization and localization, and coaches buyers through complex sourcing and launch issues. The role is based in Charlotte or Novi and requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Own the range extender generator and inverter subsystem for Scout’s electric vehicle platform. Lead technical coordination with engineering contractors and Tier 1 suppliers, release CAD and drawings through PLM systems, manage engineering changes, coordinate prototype hardware delivery, and ensure subsystem performance against packaging, cost, mass, timing, and technical requirements throughout development and production.

Leads the strategy, development, and scaling of Scout Motors’ EV technical training program. Manages trainers and curriculum developers, creates blended learning and certification programs, oversees training resources and LMS content, and measures effectiveness through assessments, learner data, and operational KPIs. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, service, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and improve technician competency, certification speed, and service performance.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services using AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and logging. Collaborate with development, security, QA, and product teams to deliver highly available and secure systems. Support on-premise environments, troubleshoot issues, coach engineers, evaluate managed cloud services, and participate in on-call responsibilities. The role is primarily office-based in Fremont or Charlotte with occasional travel.
