Build and maintain customer-facing frontend experiences across vehicle configuration, trade-in, financing, leasing, and delivery. Develop accessible, performant, well-tested React and TypeScript applications; integrate APIs and third-party services; optimize Core Web Vitals; contribute to component libraries and design systems; and own features from technical design through production. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams while participating in reviews and applying AI-assisted development practices.

Leads the strategy, development, and operational rollout of digital workshop and mobile service products. Owns product vision, integrations, APIs, workflows, scheduling logic, data synchronization, system reliability, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include identifying training gaps, creating curricula, managing schedules and LMS records, issuing competency certifications, analyzing performance data, supporting root-cause problem solving, participating in continuous improvement workshops, and planning training equipment budgets. The role requires automotive manufacturing experience, logistics training expertise, lean and Six Sigma knowledge, mobile equipment experience, and strong coordination skills.
