Provide broad in-house regulatory and compliance counsel across telecom, privacy, international trade, AI/ML, vendor risk, FCC hardware compliance, employment and safety matters. Build Meter's international risk program, vendor risk processes, and privacy/compliance frameworks; support marketing, product, and litigation risk management; partner with engineering, CISO, People, and Facilities teams.

Lead Meter's commercial legal function: draft, negotiate, and close enterprise customer agreements, SLAs, channel, property license, supplier, and manufacturing contracts. Partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Deployment. Stand up CLM, templates, and playbooks to scale contracting. Provide fast, pragmatic counsel to enable revenue while managing legal risk and build repeatable contract processes for a growing global business.
