Design, build, and operate scalable backend systems for Vay’s real-time mobility platform. Own solutions end to end, shape architecture, solve distributed-systems challenges, and improve reliability, performance, testing, and maintainability. Collaborate with infrastructure, embedded software, mobile, and product teams to connect vehicles, remote drivers, customers, and operational systems.

Leads customer experience automation strategy, AI-powered workflow implementation, Voice of Customer analysis, and scalable operational improvements. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to reduce customer friction, automate support and claims processes, improve self-service, establish KPIs, and measure customer and cost impact. Oversees a Customer Support Manager and Claims Associate while remaining focused on building technology-enabled systems.

Own high-volume recruiting for Vay’s Operations teams, including remote and safety drivers, field support agents, and remote truck drivers. Build scalable candidate pipelines, partner with Operations leaders, use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes, and apply AI and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring. The role requires a solution-oriented, analytical, action-focused talent partner willing to work onsite in Las Vegas.

Handles inbound customer contacts by phone, email, and chat; resolves booking, billing, app, and vehicle-access issues; documents interactions in CRM systems; follows escalation procedures; meets support KPIs; and identifies recurring issues for process improvement. The role is onsite in Las Vegas and includes shift work and weekends.

Own Vay’s social media and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other channels. Develop the content calendar, voice, visual identity, and growth targets while personally shooting, editing, designing, and writing short-form content. Manage community engagement, measure organic acquisition performance, and support company-wide video production and creative quality. The role includes on-site content creation with Vay’s Las Vegas vehicle fleet.
