Collaborate cross-functionally to own fleet management, dispatch, payments, and platform reliability, driving CI/CD, monitoring, and event-driven architectures for high-availability systems.

Lead and scale Vay's frontline customer support as a core operational function: manage agents and claims, own support tooling and AI-driven automation, enforce SLAs and QA, surface product feedback to Product/Engineering, and drive process improvements and reporting across CSAT, NPS, and claims.
