Own and administer Oracle Transportation Management (OTM): configure modules, manage integrations with WMS and ERP, handle carrier onboarding, rates, freight settlement, regression test quarterly cloud updates, maintain documentation, and partner with operations, finance, and development teams to translate needs into system solutions and provide support.

Manage full lifecycle of capital projects from approval to capitalization, track project costs, perform reconciliations, support fixed asset reporting and audits, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Provide enterprise IT and OT support for endpoints, software, accounts, and manufacturing devices (SCADA/HMIs, label printers, barcode scanners). Troubleshoot, document, escalate tickets, maintain Windows/macOS/Linux/iOS/Android systems, support MES, manage AD/Group Policy/Microsoft Entra, and lead IT projects including moves and new technology rollouts.

Design and review electrical controls systems and industrial control panels using electrical CAD. Create schematics, assemblies, and panel layouts; perform calculations (heat flow, FLA, SCCR); spec, select, and test components; develop standards, symbol libraries, and QA procedures; read P&IDs to create IO lists and loop diagrams; troubleshoot, test, and work with suppliers to procure and standardize parts.

Own end-to-end commercial operations for feedstock programs including purchase order processing, pricing, invoicing and settlements. Maintain and improve reporting workflows and commercial data across ERP/CRM systems. Manage supplier lifecycle and partner relationships, author and improve SOPs, onboard and train team members, and identify and lead process improvements supporting multi-million dollar quarterly spend.

Support indirect procurement for rentals, contract labor, facilities and MRO across Redwood sites. Clean and analyze spend data, run RFx and sourcing events, negotiate commercial terms, manage rental fleet and contingent labor benchmarking, load preferred suppliers into purchasing workflows, track supplier performance, resolve supplier issues, and publish monthly spend and savings reports. Document category playbooks to enable new site launches.

Manage day-to-day employment-based immigration operations: coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders, support case initiation (H-1B, PERM, extensions), maintain records and trackers, develop SOPs/templates, monitor compliance and deadlines, and keep immigration processes updated and consistent.
