Lead financial and regulatory reporting, financial control, reconciliations, audit coordination, and performance analysis for CBA’s U.S. broker-dealer and Americas entities. Partner with Global Markets, Finance, Risk, and senior leadership to provide insights and decision support. Maintain control processes, support month-end close, and drive automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and broader Finance transformation initiatives.

Supports financial control and regulatory reporting for CBA’s U.S. broker-dealer and Americas entities. Responsibilities include financial statements, reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, month- and year-end close, regulatory reporting, audit support, performance analysis, controls testing, and business partnering. The role also drives finance transformation through process simplification, automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and system initiatives while collaborating with Global Markets, Finance, Risk, regulators, and other stakeholders.
