Requires travel up to 20%, a bachelor’s degree, and 7+ years attorney/partner recruiting experience; J.D. preferred.

Lead recruitment and hiring for lateral partners, senior counsel, and associates across South Florida offices. Develop recruiting strategies, manage coordinators, oversee summer associate program, conduct candidate due diligence, draft employment agreements, and integrate lateral hires while partnering with firm leadership and law schools.
