Lead sales cycles, deliver actionable insights from consumer and POS data, collaborate cross-functionally, use proprietary platforms, and meet revenue targets while advocating client needs and supporting product feedback.

Leads global compensation administration, governance, planning, job architecture, market pricing, pay equity, transparency, compliance, reporting, and compensation technology. Builds scalable processes, controls, and operating models while partnering with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent, and business leaders. Oversees annual compensation cycles, surveys, salary structures, audits, dashboards, automation, and system improvements. Initially an individual contributor, the role is expected to establish and eventually lead a compensation administration team.
