What will you be doing?

The Food and Beverage Consumption team is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Senior Analyst to work on-site at our client’s office 2-3 days per week. This role supports day-to-day servicing needs for a key client and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Develop and deliver data-driven analyses, summaries, and presentations (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) that translate Circana data into clear, actionable insights to support client decision-making.
  • Champion Client Success: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses while supporting high-quality service delivery and helping to resolve client needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal team members to support the planning, management, and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Support the development of strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and effective problem-solving.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana data sets and tools to respond to client inquiries, conduct analyses, and support client engagements.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Apply analytical skills to execute fact-based analyses, helping to generate insights that inform client strategies and business decisions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in analytical or market research role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in consumer, POS, custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset.
  • Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location

This position can be located in the following area(s): Chicago, IL. Hybrid: 2-3 days a week onsite at our client's office in downtown Chicago.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 USD.
