Leads enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth, brand, and revenue objectives. Oversees integrated marketing, demand generation, digital, content, communications, analytics, budgeting, governance, and risk management. Communicates with municipalities, contractors, project managers, technicians, and internal stakeholders; tracks repeat inspections, permits, documentation, approvals, and closeouts; updates systems and reports completion timelines; identifies failed inspections and supports corrective action. The role also assists with permit applications, ensures health and safety compliance, and recommends workflow improvements.

Manages client relationships to achieve retention, renewals, and business objectives. The role monitors KPIs, addresses client concerns, coordinates product and project deliveries, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders. It also partners with business development to identify expansion opportunities and renew assigned services. The position requires experience in construction or facilities management, account management skills, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project, and willingness to travel using a valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

Leads financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, audits, payroll, internal controls, and financial analysis. Partners with executive leadership, joint ventures, government agencies, insurers, and unions to support operational decisions and improve margins. Oversees accounting policies, government contracting requirements, payroll for more than 600 employees, and annual 401K and CPA audits.

Lead account management and client retention for enterprise IFM clients by directing operational teams, ensuring KPIs and financial performance, driving renewals and expansion, resolving escalations, and promoting continuous improvement and client relationships.

Coordinates customer communication, work orders, schedules, reports, account details, and project progress for commercial installation and service accounts. Serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams, monitors quality and compliance, tracks KPIs, identifies trends and process improvements, supports issue resolution, and maintains accurate documentation while ensuring timely service delivery and positive customer relationships.
