Lead global Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from requirements gathering through design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and support planning. Advise clients on financial processes, system architecture, Oracle best practices, and tailored solutions across core financial modules. Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations as a solution/engagement architect. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-module SCM processes, lead global onsite/offshore teams, drive Redwood UX adoption, evaluate and implement Oracle AI capabilities, advise executives on roadmap and best practices, and ensure secure, scalable integrations, reporting, and master data management while minimizing customizations.

Lead large, complex global Oracle and enterprise technology programs across concept through deployment. Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholder communications (including C‑Suite), and project artifacts. Ensure alignment to PMO methodology, support sales/scoping, and drive continuous improvement and troubled-project recovery.
