The Project Coordinator II manages project plans from inception to delivery, facilitating communication, documenting actions, and assisting in issue resolution while coordinating with regional teams and stakeholders.

Deploys, configures, and supports large-scale production and corporate networks and server infrastructure across data centers and POPs. Specifies and qualifies optical components, develops test procedures and performance models, creates rack/floor plans and vendor SOWs, manages assets and RMAs, troubleshoots network and circuit issues, documents and automates processes, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful network turn-up and customer satisfaction.

The Network Engineer will design, plan, and deliver data center infrastructure, focusing on space, power, and network systems while collaborating cross-functionally to meet operational standards and strategic goals.

On-site owner of data center project delivery: manage retrofits, upgrades, expansions, and equipment refreshes end-to-end. Own scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and cross-functional coordination with operations, facilities, engineering, and contractors to deliver projects safely with minimal disruption to live operations.

Provide advanced onsite and remote end-user technical support across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, VDI, collaboration and infrastructure technologies. Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage multiple support channels and executive escalations, maintain ITIL-based processes, create documentation, participate in deployments, and collaborate with engineering, security, and vendors to implement permanent solutions.

Audit vendor telecom invoices and network performance against contracts; perform ad hoc financial analysis; dispute billing with vendors; produce and summarize audit reports using online spreadsheets; report spending trends and cost-saving opportunities to clients; identify process efficiencies and propose new audit projects.

Lead end-to-end data center network deployment programs, manage hardware supply and BOMs, track risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, communicate status to leadership, drive process improvements and mentor junior PMs across optical, backbone, enterprise, and backend network domains.

Provide remote and in-person IT support in a primarily Apple environment, installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and AV/Zoom rooms; troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VOIP issues; administer cloud services (G Suite, Okta, Slack, Duo, Jira, Office365); onboard/train employees; track tickets in Jira; maintain IT inventory and documentation; escalate complex issues.

Operate a 24/7 operations center to monitor IT, cloud, and facility/environmental alerts; triage and contain incidents across OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP; serve as Incident Commander during active incidents; create and manage tickets, SOPs, runbooks, and post-incident reports; coordinate global shift handovers and collaborate with data center, network, and security teams while meeting strict SLA timelines.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver lab and data center/network projects from initiation through closure. Manage BOMs, inventory, assets, tickets, vendor relationships, milestones, risk, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional stakeholder communications to ensure on-time deployment and continuous process improvements.
