Independently investigate, evaluate and resolve complex workers' compensation claims. Determine coverage, manage reserves, coordinate medical and litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, work with vendors and PMA nurses, ensure jurisdictional compliance, and provide client-facing service.

Supervise workers' compensation claims staff to ensure proper claim handling and documentation. Assign and oversee caseloads, set reserves, authorize settlements, train and mentor staff, analyze portfolio trends, manage account service issues, implement QA and performance management, ensure legal and policy compliance, and support departmental goals.

Lead the IT PMO to govern and deliver enterprise technology programs for P&C insurance. Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, budgets, vendor/contracts, KPIs, risk mitigation, and methodology adoption. Mentor PMO staff and align IT investments with business strategy and compliance requirements.

Manage onboarding, appointment, and termination of insurance producers to ensure regulatory and internal compliance. Process state filings, collect documentation, maintain producer records and databases, generate reports, coordinate with internal teams, finance, legal, and external partners, monitor regulatory changes, and improve onboarding and appointment processes.

Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and performance support solutions for enterprise initiatives. Lead learning needs analysis, partner with stakeholders and SMEs, manage multiple projects end-to-end, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve learning resources to drive adoption and performance.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to an executive: manage calendar and travel, prepare correspondence and presentations, coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, track projects and budgets, liaise with stakeholders, and support compliance and executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
