The role requires independent judgment, strong claims expertise, customer service, and occasional business travel.

Ensure compliance with policy coverage, jurisdictional regulations, and company guidelines while managing reserves, litigation, vendors, subrogation, and claim action plans. Communicate with internal and external partners, maintain claim diaries and pending inventories, control loss costs, and deliver timely, technically proficient claim outcomes.
