Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define research questions, use appropriate methodologies, analyze data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Advocate for user-centered decisions and maintain a research repository and best practices.

Lead deployment and configuration of the Punchh loyalty platform, gather client requirements, customize features, perform testing and troubleshooting, document configurations and processes, provide customer training and reporting, and relay improvement feedback to the Punchh development team.

Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and gap assessments; translate business needs into functional/technical specs; support solution design, UAT, and project coordination; communicate with stakeholders and pursue process improvements.

Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams, manage configuration and deployment of complex email journeys in platforms like Zeta/SFMC/Braze/Emarsys, drive personalization/segmentation/A/B testing, support data integrations, and monitor performance to recommend improvements.
