Lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and materials strategy for the Aerospace Division. Drive continuous improvement, oversee automation & capital projects, ensure AS9100 process compliance, collaborate cross-functionally on design-for-manufacturability and problem resolution, and manage metrics and cost-saving initiatives.

The Design Engineer II leads mechanical design for new products, focusing on sound and vibration testing while managing projects and optimizing costs.

Manage TA technology, vendor relationships, and recruiting operations to improve recruiter and candidate experience. Lead tool implementations, vendor contract and performance management, process improvements, documentation, and TA reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, and HR Compliance to ensure system stability, data integrity, and global alignment.

Design, validate, and document electronic hardware for power converters and motor drives. Lead prototype testing, component selection, EMI/transient simulation, failure analysis, production launch support, and interface with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams.

Lead supplier quality for aerospace components: conduct supplier audits, root cause analysis, material review, and supplier development. Create inspection and qualification plans, apply APQP/SPC/FMEA tools, interpret GD&T drawings, and drive continuous improvement to reduce PPM, scrap, and improve customer satisfaction.

The Indirect Procurement Expert will lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and performance while developing sourcing strategies for various services and categories.

Serve as the onsite HR Business Partner for the Radford site, leading employee relations and complex investigations, advising leaders on performance management, organizational design, and talent initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, building ER processes, and partnering across HR to drive workforce effectiveness and engagement.
