Provides financial leadership and business partnership for the Couplings business, supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, operational finance, and strategic decision-making. Leads two finance reports and provides governance to North American site controllers. Partners with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and Product Management on productivity initiatives, capital investments, SIOP, risk evaluation, and continuous process improvement while maintaining GAAP, SOX, and internal control compliance.

Participate in a rotational enterprise leadership program encompassing product management, sales and marketing, strategy and M&A, continuous improvement, operations, and supply chain. Manage cross-functional relationships, execute KPIs, present outcomes to senior leaders, develop business and technical expertise, and receive mentorship and formal leadership development while preparing for future senior leadership roles.

Provides technical support for bearings manufacturing operations in a lean manufacturing environment. Leads continuous improvement, Kaizen, root-cause correction, cost reduction, tooling and workstation optimization, and manufacturing projects. Applies mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles to improve quality, delivery, safety, productivity, and cost. Collaborates with operations, procurement, sales, marketing, site leadership, and remote engineering teams while coaching employees in performance excellence methods.
