Lead revenue and pricing optimization by analyzing pricing, customer behavior, unit economics, and marketplace dynamics; design experiments (A/B tests, cohorts), monitor KPIs, detect revenue leakage, and partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven recommendations that increase profitability and engagement.

Lead design and rewrite of cloud-native core systems. Build scalable back-end services and front-end features, drive architecture and testing discussions, mentor engineers, and improve telemetry, performance, and reliability.

Build, operate, and scale cloud-native backend services and APIs for a high-volume vehicle marketplace. Embed AI-driven capabilities into features, use AI tools to accelerate development, participate in on-call rotations, improve reliability, and collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and SRE teams to deliver production-ready systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OPENLANE customers using the platform. Document interactions in Salesforce, educate customers on best practices, escalate complex issues, create training materials, identify product improvements, and maintain product and industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Coordinate day-to-day portfolio service operations, monitor vendor performance and SLAs, perform reconciliations and quality control, support client inquiries and issue resolution, maintain portfolio records, and assist with process improvements and automation initiatives.
