We’re Looking For:
A Portfolio Service Coordinator who will oversee day-to-day portfolio service operations, monitor vendor performance, and serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring service excellence and adherence to established client and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You Bring:

Who You Will Work With:

Must Have’s:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Proven experience in operational administration, portfolio services, or a related coordinator role.
Strong baseline understanding of SLA management and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize daily workflows and meet strict operational deadlines.
Nice to Have’s:
Prior experience working within automotive, wholesale, or logistics portfolio management.
Experience assisting with process automation or system migration initiatives.
