Performs OEM certification audits, evaluates collision repair processes, identifies workflow and compliance gaps, implements repair planning systems, and provides consulting and training to collision centers. Lead enterprise database migrations to AWS managed services, primarily Amazon RDS for SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL. Architect highly available, secure, observable database environments; establish Terraform and CI/CD standards; manage performance, scalability, incidents, and root cause analysis; and mentor DBA teams through a multi-year cloud transformation.

The role includes breaking down complex work, participating in code reviews, using CI/CD and automated testing, and owning software through production support.

Manage the full sales cycle for OEC’s SaaS platforms, including prospecting, outbound cold calling, qualification, product demonstrations, quoting, contracting, and closing. Develop territory sales plans, achieve revenue targets, maintain customer relationships, identify upgrade opportunities, respond to inquiries, produce territory reports, and document activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Partner with Customer Success on post-sale onboarding.

Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts, strategic planning, month-end reporting, variance analysis, executive and board presentations, capital allocation, financial modeling, and M&A support. Partner with Technology, Marketing, Operations Finance, and administrative leaders to develop financial outlooks and improve recurring analysis through AI tools.

Own end-to-end product design for a new analytics product, creating dashboards, reports, data visualizations, interaction models, and interface patterns for complex data. Conduct user testing, iterate designs, collaborate with product and engineering through launch, and contribute to an established design system. The role requires strong data visualization principles, advanced Figma skills, AI-assisted design workflows, and cross-functional communication.

Owns product strategy and lifecycle for AI-enabled automotive supply chain, forecasting, and demand planning capabilities. Leads opportunity analysis, requirements, development, launch, experimentation, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. Partners with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, OEMs, and customer teams to deliver measurable productivity, revenue, adoption, and customer experience outcomes. Requires automotive supply chain expertise, AI/ML product leadership, forecasting knowledge, and executive-level communication.

Conducts high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to dealership parts departments to re-engage existing users, enroll new dealers, qualify sales opportunities, and pass leads to brokers. Explains the PartsBrokerDirect program, overcomes objections, maintains dealer relationships, manages accounts during broker absences, collaborates on territory strategies, and keeps lead and activity records accurate across internal systems.
