Follow SDLC and security best practices, perform code reviews and unit testing, refactor legacy .NET code, and produce application documentation while collaborating with government stakeholders.

Design, implement, and manage secure multi-cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) using IaC and DevOps practices. Monitor and detect threats with Azure security services, automate workflows with scripting and serverless tools, configure network security controls, maintain compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mission-critical systems meet security and operational requirements.

Provide on-site business analysis and support for DEVCOM CBC KDM: manage change requests, maintain systems, produce test plans and documentation, perform data maintenance, root cause analysis, and collaborate with government stakeholders.

Lead a team that plans, coordinates, and executes 7,000+ chaplain-led training/events worldwide. Oversee budgets, schedules, vendor management, contractor teams, government stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, deliverables, and staff performance to meet contract requirements.

Plan, book, and manage vacation reservations (air, car, hotel, tours, cruises) using GDS and ClientBase; record transactions, market to clients, deliver pre- and post-travel support, and meet sales/productivity targets.
