Provides phone and email technical support, troubleshoots product and service issues, documents cases and service findings, maintains records, uses software tools to manage requests, analyzes service metrics, performs root cause analysis, and supports process improvements. The role collaborates with surgeons, OR teams, SPD, biomedical staff, and hospital leadership while providing rotating, on-call, weekend, overnight, and occasional travel coverage.

Leads technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements involving ITGCs, automated controls, key reports, ERP systems, cloud solutions, and SOX compliance. Assesses control design and effectiveness, identifies risk exposures, develops remediation recommendations, oversees audit workstreams, coaches analysts, prepares audit documentation, and improves audit methodologies and testing approaches.

Designs, develops, tests, and verifies electrical circuits and subsystems for medical devices. Responsibilities include circuit design, C/C++ code review, prototype development, bench testing, electromagnetic compatibility and safety analysis, engineering change documentation, and cross-functional production support. The role also supports field investigations, customer issue analysis, and new product development through product launch, with occasional customer site visits.

Executes technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements, including SOX compliance testing, IT control assessments, system implementation reviews, and technology risk assessments. Tests IT general controls, automated controls, and key reports across SAP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Reviews audit evidence and third-party SOC reports, documents deficiencies, prepares workpapers, recommends remediation, and validates corrective actions with management.
