Install, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control systems for rocket propulsion test stands. Program/configure PLCs and VFDs, maintain electrical shop inventory, review/redline schematics using EPlan, and ensure compliance with NFPA/UL standards while supporting test operations.

Implement RF communications requirements, DSP and calibration algorithms, RF control algorithms, FPGA/baseband bring-up, and collaborate with ground teams to develop and test satellite-to-ground data pipelines and RF system integration.

Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and automated test scripts to characterize passive and active antennas (1–30 GHz). Plan and run verification campaigns, analyze antenna pattern data, produce compliance reports, and design fixtures for subsystem integration and coexistence testing.

Create detailed CAD models and drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analyses, establish assembly procedures, support development and qualification testing, work hands-on with technicians, and resolve technical issues from concept to product realization.

Lead design, analysis, test, and sustainment of the Helios Kick Stage vehicle. Manage a team of responsible engineers, define product roadmaps and engineering processes, drive component test campaigns, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver a reliable, flight-ready space vehicle.

Lead reliability for propulsion hardware across design, manufacturing, and flight. Investigate and eliminate build defects, develop inspections and acceptance criteria, perform development testing, provide design-for-reliability guidance, optimize MRP/ERP traceability, build quality metrics, train technicians, and drive corrective actions and supplier quality improvements.
