Design and own electrical interconnect systems and harness architectures for space vehicles from concept through production. Specify components, create schematics and production drawings, lead design reviews, develop assembly/verification procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet environmental, reliability, and EMI/EMC constraints while supporting prototyping and multiple programs.

Lead contamination control, FOD mitigation, equipment and infrastructure selection, lean improvement, staffing, and long-term departmental scaling.

Leads the embedded software, FPGA, and simulation engineering team developing spacecraft RF communication and GPS/GNSS receiver systems. Owns architecture, integration, verification, qualification, and delivery across space missions. Establishes flight-critical development and testing practices, partners on hardware bring-up, manages technical roadmaps and staffing, recruits engineers, resolves risks, and supports spacecraft integration, launch, commissioning, and mission operations.

Own the cradle-to-grave design, analysis, fabrication, testing, documentation, and integration of pressurized and unpressurized aerospace structures for advanced propulsion space vehicles. Define systems and requirements, establish load cases, support qualification campaigns and production ramp-up, and collaborate with propulsion, avionics, GNC, manufacturing, test, thermal, and loads teams. Apply structural analysis, materials knowledge, design-for-manufacturing, reliability improvements, and verification methods to deliver flightworthy hardware.
