Lead development of storable liquid bipropellant thrusters: design, analysis, testing (including hotfire), subsystem integration, and resolving technical issues. Plan and execute tests, collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, and lead technical projects or small teams to deliver reliable, high-performance propulsion systems.

Lead design and implementation of a modern data warehouse: evaluate tools, build ETL/ELT pipelines, enforce governance, ensure GovCloud/FedRAMP compliance, optimize Power BI reporting, and train users for self-service analytics.

Hands-on execution and integration of industrial automation and controls: electrical installation, wiring, PLC/VFD programming, system bring-up, troubleshooting, schematic review, EPlan reporting, and collaboration with engineering.

Manage procurement and supplier relationships to support spacecraft hardware manufacturing: quote and PO issuance, BOM configuration, supplier onboarding, RFPs, sourcing, inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, and vendor invoicing to ensure on-time delivery and accurate receipts.

Perform structural and thermal analysis and develop/maintain finite element models for optical flight hardware. Ensure optical alignment and survivability through launch, thermal, and vibration environments. Support STOP analysis with optical engineers to meet alignment sensitivity, detector tolerances, boresight stability, wavefront error, and pointing requirements.

Lead and scale U.S. multi-state payroll operations for exempt and non-exempt employees across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing, tax compliance, wage-and-hour adherence, payroll reporting for equity, and payroll-related controls. Implement scalable systems, manage payroll tax filings and year-end activities, support new facility payroll readiness, partner cross-functionally with HR/Finance, and serve as escalation point for complex payroll and compliance issues.

Lead design, implementation, integration, and verification of flight software for responsive high-performance spacecraft. Architect real-time systems for command/telemetry, mission sequencing, autonomy, and fault management. Develop closed-loop control and anomaly detection/mitigation, mentor engineers, and support mission operations, testing, and on-orbit troubleshooting.
