Prepare and manage the full lifecycle of complex legal invoices using Aderant and electronic billing platforms. Ensure billing guideline compliance, compile supporting documentation, submit ebills, resolve rejections and reductions, respond to inquiries, and produce reports. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and administrative teams while managing deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and supporting special projects, training, overtime, and business travel as needed.

Represents clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and regulatory counseling involving data privacy, cybersecurity, advertising, marketing, consumer protection, and consumer financial services. Counsels clients on state, federal, and international privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA; responds to subpoenas, CIDs, and regulatory inquiries; conducts internal investigations; and performs legal research, writing, analysis, and advocacy.

The role requires strong academic credentials, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, litigation experience in a mid-to-large law firm, and admission or eligibility for admission to the New Jersey Bar. Residence in the New Jersey office is required; a federal clerkship is preferred.

Provides high-level litigation support to attorneys by preparing, editing, proofreading, filing, organizing, and tracking legal documents. Maintains paper and electronic files, coordinates document deliveries, handles communications with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, and supports attorney administrative needs such as time entry, travel, invoices, and expenses. The role requires California court and e-filing experience, strong organization, confidentiality, deadline management, and familiarity with litigation procedures and approved AI tools.

Provides administrative support for Talent Services, including recruitment coordination, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, background checks, onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, personnel file maintenance, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, employee events, performance review support, HR transactions, employment verifications, and timekeeping assistance. The role also supports departing attorneys, office coverage, and related HR duties while maintaining confidentiality and delivering responsive internal client service.

Represent private equity firms, portfolio companies, and other clients in complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, investments, financing, fund formation, and reorganizations. Responsibilities include drafting primary deal documents, leading diligence, managing transactions and junior attorneys, coordinating specialist teams, interacting with clients, and overseeing work product.

Litigation Associate handling complex commercial and business litigation matters, including contract, real estate, financial services, energy, and fiduciary disputes. Responsibilities include legal research and writing, managing deadlines, preparing and taking depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial experience is advantageous. Candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Represents broker-dealers and registered representatives in FINRA arbitrations, securities sales-practice matters, and related proceedings. Responsibilities include researching sophisticated legal issues, drafting briefs, arguing motions, preparing deposition and trial materials, managing discovery and document production, coordinating with experts, and working directly with clients. Candidates should have strong writing, interpersonal, strategic, analytical, and case-management skills, California State Bar admission, and four to six years of relevant experience.
