  • Applies secure engineering practices to application configurations and integrations, including vulnerability remediation, TLS certificates, encryption, secrets management, audit logging, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
  • Manages technical relationships with software vendors and implementation partners. Open and drive support cases, evaluate proposed changes, review technical documentation, coordinate maintenance, and hold vendors accountable for resolution.
  • Develops and maintains architecture diagrams, configuration standards, support runbooks, installation records, test evidence, known-error articles, recovery procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Participates in project planning, effort estimation, technical design reviews, change control, incident response, and problem management. Provide practical recommendations based on operational risk, supportability, security, and business value.
  • Creates and delivers presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, appear on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendors, and perform other duties as assigned.
