Act as liaison between P&C claims business and IT to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter. Create user stories, FSDs, BRDs, process flows, configure ClaimCenter components, define business rules, map integrations, and lead UAT and testing with Agile teams.

Entry-level liability claims trainee handling incoming property & casualty claims under supervision. Learn investigation, claim evaluation, medical record review, and contract analysis. Follow SOPs, complete training, pass AIC 300 within 120 days, and support special projects.
