Lead and manage state and local (income and franchise) tax engagements, providing planning, consulting, compliance, and audit defense. Supervise, train, and review staff, manage budgets and multi-state tax analyses, and advise clients on tax-efficient structures, credits, and process improvements. Support business development and ensure timely delivery of technical memos, tax returns, and client correspondence.

Lead partnership tax engagements including primary/secondary review of complex returns, IRC 704(b) account management, tax planning and consulting, staff development and mentoring, client relationship management, IRS/authority responses, and business development support.
