Lead corporate tax engagements including income tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 provision work. Manage multiple client engagements, supervise and mentor staff, perform complex return and provision reviews, support business development, and ensure engagement profitability and client satisfaction.

Lead technical consulting on global indirect (SALT) tax issues: research, prepare written tax advice, review client analyses, track jurisdictional developments, develop firm tools, train staff, and manage client engagements and team members.

Lead and support engagement teams advising clients on complex accounting transactions, carve-outs, SEC filings, and M&A-related accounting. Provide technical guidance on US GAAP and specialized standards (e.g., ASC 606/842), train and supervise staff, engage stakeholders, and manage multiple concurrent engagements while traveling up to 30%.

Serve as FP&A partner to Technology (GTech) and Operations, owning budgeting, forecasting, capital and project cost modeling, executive reporting, scenario planning, and automation/standardization of finance processes while leading analysts and enabling data-driven investment decisions.

Provide advisory and implementation services for Oracle solutions across full project lifecycles: gather requirements, design, configure, test, train users, support post-production, and meet utilization targets. Lead client engagements, document system and process designs, and deliver integration and cloud application implementations.

Consult on finance transformation engagements: analyze business processes, define requirements to remediate gaps, optimize processes and reporting, develop business cases, manage client relationships, support proposals and business development, and drive change management and implementation. Deliver quantitative analysis, BI/reporting, and reconciliation while meeting utilization targets.
