Provides technical input for customer programs, identifies solution-conversion opportunities, and delivers product training.

Supports treasury, insurance, financial reporting, reconciliations, data validation, administrative coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives. Maintains project trackers, action logs, schedules, records, and meeting follow-ups while assisting with financial analysis and special projects. Handles confidential information and performs other analytical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Prepares and analyzes financial statements, monthly reports, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, fixed-asset capitalization, depreciation, internal-order oversight, billing, and cost accounting. Supports project analyses, audits, inventory counts, and accounting procedure improvements. Requires collaboration across departments and accurate interpretation of financial data.

Lead process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation, optimizing PTFE compounding and extrusion processes. Analyze manufacturing data, troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE teams. Apply Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, SPC, DOE, and continuous improvement methods to reduce waste, scrap, downtime, and costs while improving quality and equipment effectiveness.

Serves as the primary customer quality contact, investigates complaints, leads audits and corrective actions, maintains ISO-compliant quality systems, analyzes manufacturing trends, coordinates PPAP submissions, manages measurement and calibration activities, and supports continuous improvement. The role also trains and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce defects, and achieve operational excellence.

Leads ERP and enterprise application teams across multiple locations; owns SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS, integrations, support, security, data governance, vendor relationships, budgets, roadmaps, and operational reliability. Partners with global process owners across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial functions to deliver scalable solutions, compliance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, basic employee relations, HR projects, training coordination, compliance, and routine HR administrative tasks while contributing to team meetings and improvement initiatives.

Design, build, program, and commission manufacturing equipment and automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision, SCADA/MES). Lead APQP/PPAP process, support operations and quality (8D), develop lean processes, create engineering documentation, and collaborate with global manufacturing teams. Occasional travel to support NAFTA operations and international training.
