Provide local and remote IT support for ~400 users across multiple Americas sites. Configure, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, scanners, IP cameras and related equipment. Manage site IT infrastructure, purchase consumables, coordinate external vendors, maintain inventory and documentation, and participate in regional/corporate IT projects while supporting digital transformation.

Act as a technical partner to sales and customers: diagnose application challenges, propose solutions, support demonstrations and launches, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel domestically to drive new business and customer satisfaction.

The Process Engineer will design and optimize adhesive application processes, conduct research on materials, manage testing trials, and ensure product quality in manufacturing.
