Coordinate and track quantum development lots across multiple programs; manage experiments, split lots, characterization, and customer demonstrations; liaise with Fab8/Fab9 for manufacturing readiness (tools, materials, metrology, process flows); maintain execution dashboards, drive closure of action items, identify schedule risks, and document lessons learned.

Lead technical strategy and system architecture for Analog ASSP product families (PMICs, motor drivers, protection, battery management). Drive product roadmaps, cross-functional development, customer engagement, tradeoffs across performance/power/cost/reliability, mentor engineers, and deliver differentiated semiconductor solutions.

Lead global international tax planning and structuring for non-US operations, support M&A and divestitures, coordinate transfer pricing and tax accounting, monitor legislative changes, manage outside advisors, and partner with business units to mitigate tax risk and ensure compliance.
