Lead daily Accounts Payable operations and supervise the AP team to ensure accurate invoice processing and timely vendor payments. Resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors, monitor workloads and service levels, review reconciliations and GL activity, support month-end close and audits, and drive process improvements while coaching and developing staff.

Serve as escalation point for complex HR and leave cases (FMLA, ADA, state leave). Manage cases end-to-end, investigate issues, collaborate with HR partners (Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations), maintain confidential documentation, and support quality assurance to ensure timely, compliant resolutions and a positive employee experience.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and distribution center management roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers. Build talent pipelines, use ATS and CRM tools, partner with hiring managers, support employer branding and compliance, track recruitment metrics, and drive continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition.
